White House on the Highway is entirely stop motion with characters made out of clay. This film was based on a short story I wrote and was created during a self-designed, claymation independent study. I wanted to have an opportunity to further explore different styles and techniques that are used in professional stop-motion animation films as well as translate my short story into a film. Making this film under the time constraint of one semester was challenging at times, but it helped strengthen my time management skills. It also taught me a lot about translating written works into film and showed me how different those mediums can be.
